Jason Ferruggia
Jason
Ferruggia is a highly sought after, world renowned strength and
conditioning specialist. Over the last 15 years he has trained more
than 700 high school, college and professional athletes from nearly 20
different sports. He is known for his ability to rapidly increase
muscular size, strength, speed and endurance in all of his clients.
Jason is currently the chief training advisor for Men’s Fitness
magazine where he also has his own monthly column called The
Hard-Gainer. He has authored over 200 training articles for various
other fitness related websites and magazines such as Men’s Health,
Maximum Fitness, MMA SportsMag, Today’s Man, Muscle and Fitness Hers
and Shape.
Jason has also written four highly regarded books on the subject of
strength and fitness that have been sold in more than 76 different
countries. These include:

Danny Vega
Danny Vega is the former men’s basketball strength and conditioning
coach at Virginia Commonwealth University. He also served in the same
capacity for the Rams’ nationally ranked men’s and women’s tennis
programs. A native of Miami, Florida, Vega earned his masters of
science in human performance from the University of Florida, where he
worked with the national championship men’s basketball team along with
women’s basketball, tennis, and golf programs. He also designed
programs for men’s tennis, men’s golf, and women’s golf. Vega received
his bachelor’s degree in political science from Columbia University in
2004, where he was a member of the football team and a three-time
Dean’s List recipient.
Jared Ferruggia
Jared Ferruggia is a performance enhancement specialist who has nearly
two decades of training experience. He has worked with numerous
athletes, weekend warriors and professionals for more than six years as
a member of the Renegade Strength & Conditioning staff. Jared
has also completed internships with some of the top coaches and
trainers in the world such as Alwyn Cosgrove and John Alvino and
continues to actively further his strength training education on a
daily basis.
